Biljoner för Bush bravader

(English version below)

English Version

Yet another night spent coughing, reading newspapers on the web and scribbling down some comments in my blog. My main purpose of doing this is to try to learn more about how to generate traffic to a blog. I do not have any ambitions to increase the size of my audience significantly (I have the 2200 largest blog in Sweden now), but I am starting to discover that the number of readers is not linked to the value of what is written, but rather the number of links you have to other bloggers, and especially to bloggers that comment on things that everyone else comments on.

Today’s newspaper writes about the gazillions of dollars that president Bush has spent on the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Not to mention all the money it will cost to take care of all the veterans for decades. And during this time he has also lowered the taxes, invested more in US defense, and increased costs for medicines. He stopped most forms of regulations for the financial market resulting in the biggest crash since the 30s. And President Bush will probably go to the history books as the one who killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis for reasons we do not really know. Barack Obama will not have a tough time cleaning up after Bush. But at least, whatever Obama will do, he cannot do it worse than Bush.

And the local news tells us about the Moose on the loose. A 75 year old man was attacked yesterday by a moose in the northern part of Sweden. The newspaper urges anyone with information to contact them.
